Hello, how are you?

Today I'm going to talk about the possible changes that I would like my career to have at the Universidad de chile. I study journalism and I feel that there is much to progress.

I believe that the duration of the university career is very extensive and could remove some subjects. For example, in the first year there were subjects that will not be useful for my future work.

whereas I would propose more practical subjects from the beginning, because for me it is essential to go out to know different places and see the realities that occur, instead of being in a room. Could teach us some method to reach people and that one can better develop in that field

I feel that there are many theoretical subjects that could be optional, because for me, journalism is learned by practicing it and sometimes these subjects are stifling.

I think the facilities are at a good level, but there is a lack of material. For example, radio and television studios could be larger. also the cameras and audiovisual material are very few for the number of people who need them. I would like more green areas, the library and the casino are bigger.

The workload could be focused on what has one more fits, so I would like you to choose from the beginning what you are most passionate about. For example, if one likes from the beginning a lot of space could focus on that, and not have a load on a subject that does not like.

But in general I like the approach of the university and the details that I would like to do are very difficult.
